Xiaomi offers a range of products, from entry-level models to premium models. The most cheap Xiaomi phone series is the POCO C line. Note that the POCO C50 is a smartphone available solely in India.
If you are familiar with POCO smartphones, you may have anticipated that the POCO C40 would be unveiled, but the POCO team decided to go with "POCO C50."
The CEO of POCO India claims that the POCO C40 won't be the model that replaces the POCO C30. Although they have a low price tag, POCO C models are typically underpowered phones.
We are typically able to learn about impending new phones through certifications and IMEI leaks. Despite the POCO C50's IMEI not yet been released, it was compromised.
The POCO C50 will be the Redmi A1+ rebranded. Also bear in mind that the Indian Redmi A1+ will differ somewhat from the international Redmi A1+. The POCO C50 and international Redmi A1+ potentially have different camera configurations, however we presume it's a rebranding.
The Redmi A1+ will be powered by the Helio A22 chipset, claims popular tech writer Kacper Skrzypek on Twitter. "220733SPI" is the model number for the POCO C50. The Redmi A1+ and POCO C50 both have the codename "ICE" in common.
